I have two fantastic tutorials, which can be easily made with “green” materials, found objects, scraps, etc. Think reuse, recycle, refurbish!

First matter of business though: our lovely miss Meghan of “I Give a Crop” actually sent me one of these tutorials, since she’s such a sweetheart and a Craft Queen. She has won Scrapbooking.com’s Blog of the Week! Congrats Meg!

Ok, 2nd thing: this awesome booklet tutorial as you see to your left, the first 6 steps. Elise Blaha has some AMAZING work, and you could spend way too much time playing around with her website, blog and store. She has given us a Tutorial on how to make this little booklet, where the cover is made from 2 envelopes! How creative and handy? Being a printing nerd, it makes my design/crafty senses tingle.

3rd Thing: Flowers! I dare you not to make these after seeing how cute they are! Check out the Tutorial on how to make a “New Gift Wrap Idea” – but I really forsee these flowers anywhere…let the imagination run! My first idea – why cut out or punch a middle circle? Make them sized so you can use one of those round price stickers you know you have stuffed in a drawer somewhere. You know those Yard Sale multicolored stickers? Yeah!
