Meghan/Thrifty Thursday: Magazine Christmas Trees by Meghan

Since Laura is a bit busy this week, I thought I’d go ahead and do my Meghan Monday post a little bit early (or late, depending on how you look at it). And since it’s a recycled Christmas craft project, its also very Thrifty!

Today on the Martha Stewart show they shared a project – Magazine Christmas Trees. They are a little time consuming, but super cute and EASY. It’s definitely something you could do with all your left over magazines that you have just sitting around. And the best thing is that all you need is some magazines, some spray adhesive or paint, glitter, and your fingers! I love the idea of using smaller magazines, like their Everyday Food magazine or even Reader’s Digest. You could even have your kids or husband help out with the folding while they are watching tv.
